Laurent is an Attorney-at-law specialised in business law (banking and corporate) and new technologies law.
Laurent has previously been an in-house lawyer at Deutsche Bank (Jersey - UK), an international lawyer at the bank Natixis in Paris and an attorney-at-law at the Paris Bar since 2006, working at the firm Jeantet. He holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the Rennes University and a DESS in Legal and Financial Engineering from the Rennes Institute of Management (IGR).
He is now a Partner at the advocates firm 23BOSQUET, in Paris, and registered at the Paris bar as a Data Protection Officer.
Karen is an author, entrepreneur and speaker with 25+ years of experience in IT, information security and privacy, predominantly with Fortune 100 companies. She holds two master’s degrees, one in information security, the other in business administration.
Karen is a Fellow of Information Privacy with the IAPP and educator for CIPP/E, CIPM and CIPT training. As a privacy advocate, she has been writing, blogging and speaking on privacy issues for more than 10 years. Karen has lived and worked in the U.K., France, and Switzerland, but currently resides in Sweden on an island in Stockholm’s Archipelago.
